look buddy you got me thinking about how I should've improved my joke. started thinking about how the guy should be tried in the adversary system, be rejected a fair and unbiased hearing and them being given an inappropriate sanction.

also, VCE work isn't so compelling...

Unit 4, Area of Study 2 finished criminal procedures. would love it if past legal students could tell me that some of it's not necessary  ;)

well it's pretty stupid really. we just had a sac today on elements of an effective legal system and criminal procedures (including strengths/ weaknesses of criminal procedures) and in a week we have another sac on civil procedures and strengths/ weaknesses of both civil and criminal procedures. don't like my legal teacher :P
