joke? hell no. it's because of all the advanced integration and um... complex numbers that we do in legal, gives a massive boost for spesh :P

:O wth legal and spes..... they are two completely different fields of study, I do legal and I've like tutored a couple of kids in spes and it doesn't correlate in the least! :|

Yeh, I actually did legal 1/2 in year 11 but dropped it for BM 3/4 in year 12. Didn't regret it though because it helped me in spesh a fair bit.

Maybe... you're right! oh well let it be, I don't do spes so what the hell! :) btw you do UMEP Maths? wow? whereabouts? and what uni I got a friend that does it too!

I did studio arts unit 2 in year eleven - my graphs were always spot on for all three maths subjects. Perfect representation of asymptotes and I could even do the dashes evenly spaced out. Additionally it helps with steadying your pen grip, yes pen for graphs that's how hardcore it made me.

That said I'd recommend Legal too. I did 1/2 in year ten along side methods 1/2 and I thought my analytical maths skills improved. Correlation? Yes.

I would argue that it's the other way around... spesh is invaluable to legal.

well it depends with legal and spech. I did 1/2l last year, but dropped it this year bcs i wanted to only do three propper subjects in my case dropping legal HAS helped my spech. :P

but yea, lots of ppl are telling me i'm stupid for dropping legal....woud've just given me a real edge in thespech sacs

I hear doing food technology helps a ton when approaching application style questions involving food in specialist. My older sister did this and she got 50 and 50 for both the subjects. Too bad I'm bad in the kitchenz.
