wait, so how do i get the program that allows me to like use it in word documents/not just in VN, is it an actual program?

yes, you need to also get mictex (i think thats the name?) as a plugin before using texnic centre.

Most academic journals want their papers submitted in a readable format and is the "industry standard". So its a good thing to know if you plan on going into scientific research and everyone knows the more papers you publish the bigger your e-penis is.
