you just got to the vtac website and its pretty self-explainatory with the stuff you need to do.
there's also a demo application+how to if you want to check out on their website.

do us med people have to apply to like every tertiary admissions centre to apply to interstate uni's?

or can we do it through vtac?

Whats industry placement scholarship? Everyone should be applying for scholarship right (even though the chances may be low)?

I'm glad the that my careers counsellor at school does all the applications for us :D
It sucks for those people applying for med interstate though, :(

How did you do the prefs. I don't know what to do. So far the only thing i've done is register.
