the ash remains of plants or whatever are around when the bird numbers decreased and after, indicating around the time of the disappearance of the birds volcanic eruptions occurred indicating they were responsible for the potential extinction of the birds. or some shit.

cause i just wrote stage 2 of meiosis

Both of:
Volcano could have wiped out most of the species of birds and
Volcano could have caused mutations, reducing the vaibility of the birds and causing them to reduce in number and eventually become extinct.

The reason for my second answer was because there were some bird remnants in an upper layer, so the volcano could not have killed them all straight away.

I noticed there are several things you could of done for the bird question:
*Domestic dog bones appeared roughly after the bird bones started disappearing, so the introduced dogs probably preyed on the native birds.... sort of like how stray cats here eat out native birds

*Pottery appeared the same time was the birds disappeared, pottery is indicative of human settlement so maybe they hunted the birds, this is the weakest choice though... doesnt really prove how long humans were there though, it just shows when pottery was invented

*The volcanic one could of also worked but i mean i think it had volcanic evidence in the lower layer also...

You were meant to write anaphase II

If the birds could fly (can't remember lol) then how would the dogs be able to catch them?

Could the birds fly?

So I'm looking at about a 30, any chance of sneaking a 31/32 with my scores?
