i dont think hospital is necessary.. i ve survived over 40  before.. just stay relaxed and plenty of fluid

If it's meningitis, he needs to. He's got pretty much every symptom of it so he really does need to go if it is. If it's not, no harm done really. But if it is meningitis and he doesn't go, it's life threatening.

his symptoms are pretty much normal symptoms of a fever.. he really needs rest and by doin prac exams his not resting

It's low because you've drugged yourself up. It was previous 42 didn't you say? That's amazingly high.

drugs like advil and ibroprufen not only help with the headache but they also help with fluctuating temperatures of the body.. dats if u have them

I'm well aware that it could just be a fever from something else. Chances are it's not meningitis more than it is. However, it's not something someone would particularly like to risk when they show a textbook definition of meningitis right? I'm just trying to play it safe here. No one's going to blame you for getting it checked in the hospital if you come in with all those symptoms and a 42 degree fever.

I had 2 neurofens . think its workin now since fever+ headache are slowly going down.
