I'm still undecided. I'm either gonna defer my uq offer to save and travel for a year, or start biomed this year.

lol, yeah. I read your argument for staying on mso, and I now actually think I'd do the same thing if I were you. From what I've read Griffith does seem pretty dodgy.
I'm starting to think that I'd rather stay here with my friends and family and work hard to get into med, than go to brisbane to live with the bogans where the first two years will be relatively cruisey..
Will see though..
And yeah, Melbourne Uni is an awesome place to study. I studied in the biomed library last year and loved it (except when I got kicked out..) and the biomed subjects look really good. Also there's gonna be that massive new neuroscience facility next year!
I know. I seriously am going to love that place. And yeah, Griffith seems very bottom tier med. I was surprised that so many people rate JCU above Griffith, so it mustn't be great.
Also, the provisional course has strings attached, and moving for what could be a BMP would be a flop.
As for that list, I don't know what I was stressing about haha. Every time I read it, it is so convincing, that I don't even see why I bothered applying there!
