Because you're in 1st year and 1st year is always the worst year of your degree.

I have no pracs or tutes. God I love my major

You could check out some Arts subjects too, it can be nice to have a break from the bulk of your study with something completely different.

It's also nice when you only have 3 contact hours a subject. Oh god arts is amazing (also my timetable this semester is 12 hours, HAHAHAHHAHAHA)

I'm doing two subjects per semester next year.
Actually I might overenroll into physics so three/two.  But still.

Microbiology. Next semester will be a bit heavier but I'm easily under 20 so I'm really happy with it :D

Mmm vexx looking youre 1st year breadth I think you may have encouraged me to do LATIN A and B, since I always wanted to learn the basics and its not weighted as heavily as other years..

I almost decided to do Latin, but I'm a little worried it will be hard to get a good mark in (I'm aiming for HD average this year); so I chose Spanish as it's one of the easiest languages to learn.. We have all of feb to get ahead in either though if you up for it.

Yea I suppose, I wouldn't really know were to begin though, I almost decided to do Spanish for the same reason but I just find Latin more fascinating.

/agreed, latin is fascinating, i've already done a little of it, and it's quite fun trying to decipher the text - so logical! but with spanish, you would just do the Michel Thomas foundation and advanced audio courses (they are really good to begin) which you can find online (without paying); and then start Assimil with ease Spanish, and after these you would have a solid grasp of Spanish which will make you ahead of the class throughout the year.

Im just putting in my preferences, Is it just me or is like every subject semester one, I wanted to do latin A in sem 1 then logic lang and info in 2 but there both for sem 1 so now im actually considering spanish ab, do you have links to the free courses, also once we enroll can we go back and alter our selections?

Well almost all of the entrance level subjects to every field will be semester 1, since they're designed to be taken...well...when you enter. The subjects after those - e.g. Latin 1B - will be semester 2.

And yes, you can change your subjects well after you've enrolled.
