If you got 48 then you won't have any problems. The extra stuff is predominantly rote, like taxonomic categories and a disgraceful amount of porifera/nematode/etc. names to learn

If you want to do some ochem, I hated McMurry and Zumdahl (although other people love them) and used Schaum's Outlines, which was really good. I've also heard good things about organic chemistry as a second language, if you can track it down.

Just learn stereochemistry perfectly and the mechanisms of those stupid nucleophilic attack etc. reactions

Yeah, the site says: "all 2011 Semester 1 LMS subjects (2011_SM1) will automatically be made available to students on Friday 18 February 2011".

You don't have access to the LMS until they update the subjects.  So like, you have to wait until the current text in the box on the left hand side of the portal telling you what subjects you're enrolled in turn into hyperlinks.  Then you can access whatever is on the LMS for that subject
