Who doesn't, haha. But you did really well, and you should be proud. It gets easier in second year.

:3 Thank you!

Fin Accounting - H1
Basic Econometrics - H1
Derivative Securities - H2A, happy because the midterm was disastrous for me :/
EPM - H2A, probably going to check this exam paper. Unless intense downward moderation occurred, I have no idea how this happened.

Oh well, not my best semester ever but I was busy for most of it with job applications. Now I don't need to care about my marks anyway~

Accelerated Maths 1
Vector Calculus
Biology of Cells & Organisms
Currently in America with Uni ('Searching for the American Dream'). I'm not sure  I'll be re-enrolling for semester 2. I'm disappointed with how uni has gone for me, especially after VCE, but I just don't think I'm cut out for it.

Same story here, I got 75 and I was surprised too, but I'm too cbf to check the paper.

and last result:
FNCE30001 - Investments-FD , Passed , 2011 , Semester 1 , Parkville , On Campus , Semester 1 Mark: 85 Grade: First Class Honours (H1)

It may be the case, but before you make a final decision I'd recommend dropping by the EPSC for an appointment to talk about the course

Yeah really disappointed on EPM. I felt I had done a great job in the exam and had a great internal mark. Oh well.

Congrats on Investments, got any advice? I've got it in second semester.

lol it's probably easier than derivs (Doing that this upcoming semester!) and isn't too bad. I found the exam for Investments to be alright surprisingly, guess its just like any other finance sub where you just have to get your head around the concepts and you should be fine. Subject is quite managable and isn't anything out of the ordinary in terms of difficulty.

Always interesting to have your highest mark as the only subject not really linked to your course...

Legendary!  :)

What a great average stonecold. Well done!

Thanks.  I am most happy with my Calculus mark.  After what happened with methods last year, my confidence in maths was destroyed.   Half way through the Calc exam I was screwed and couldn't answer like 1/4 of it, but somehow I managed to pull everything together and finish the paper and do well which was good.

PHYC10005 - Physics 1: Fundamentals , Passed , 2011 , Semester 1 , Parkville , On Campus , Semester 1 Mark: 85 Grade: First Class Honours (H1)

Yeah well okay.

89% average is more than my Arts averages (86) which is slightly comforting because it means I didn't totally fail at life when I switched courses, but still slightly disconcerting because if I had just managed a little higher in Chemistry then I could have had a 90 average and I like things that start with 9.

Schweet mavis...Next semester we will have a don't drop below 90 bet...you will win.  :P

Lawl sure.  I will screw up Chem again, fact.  But I won't have Physics so it's possible.  Wasted so much time on Physics this semester.

Does anyone know if you can enrol into a subject you have failed for semester 2  :-[
Or do you have to wait for your student centre to contact you (it was a compulsory subject, fml)
I was hoping I could finalise my timetable so its not all over the place, thanks.

Was it a core subject?  If it is, it might involve more than just a simple re-enrolment.
