im pretty sure monash is better for engineering
yer i've been hearing that too, but i keep picturing the prestige of melbourne and the luscious trees that overshadow the 19th century buildings. (anyway)

+1

that old and castle type look of melbourne uni really gets me.

I think enter for monash engineering is 91, while ,melb engineering is like 85+, so I guess monash is better.

EDIT: melb engineering- 85+

As if this is a place where people dont laugh at your ENTER.

ENTER does not determine how smart you are. so you can STFU now...thanks
also, PM ME if you have a problem. bring up a problem which CONCERNS ME only, not half of VN who also do the same action.
thanks

its really up to you to deicide.

in the end employers look for people who CAN do the job, will suit the job, and will complete the tasks in the best mannor.

so say u went to melb... and u came out not knowing the pratical side of things... why would an employer want to employer someone who does well acedemically but cannot do stuff practically.
same as rmit... can do the stuff practically but doesnt know the theory side.

in the end its what you make of the course :)

go to melb  i say :) thats just me tho <(^.^,)>

From what I've heard, RMIT are the BEST for anything media-related. Their Journalism graduates are offered jobs within 6 months of graduating (and pretty sure it's similar for prof comm). I'd got with RMIT to be honest, but I guess it is ultimately your preference and what you decide to do that matters.

Thats just application for interstate medicine, just as a back up option, cuz its really hard to get into medicine, espescially in victoria. Ofcourse shinna would get in though.

I think Melbourne is the best university for commerce related degrees... But media and commerce lead to different careers at the end (or so I'm told). :)
