^ Eh? I thought the oldest year level in 2010 was Year 10. The first batch graduating from JMSS would be in 2012?

There was already a batch graduating this year wasn't there? Or maybe they were year 11s. Apparently they were ranked just under MHS and McRob in terms of the percentage getting an SS >40, but mostly due to their small cohort.

Actually the first batch of year 10s were at JMMS this year and only 5 or something chose to do 3/4 subjects. And seeing they got 40% study scores above 40...they must have had only two students achieving this

I heard John monash only offered science electives and that they had to hold 2 entrance exams because not enough people passed the first one

name is ben and i go to a school down on the peninsula
i will be finishing in 2012 with hopefully business, p.e, methods, chem, english and probably further.
love my sport and swimming is favourite

I've been conditioned such that doing well in VCE and Academics is important to me, but in truth, i believe the ATAR is just a number valid for a month.

I do take political stances and do like debating, so expect to see me OGD and the water cooler .

I love this forum for it's aims of bridging inequality in education as i believe people are born equal and should be given equal opportunity irrespective of their status.

I also want to enjoy my last and final year of school, and want to share this enthusiasm with the fellow VN 2011 cohort.

Hello! I'm Will from MGS.
I'm turning 17 next year. You can see my subjects from my signature. I'm a Year 12 next year.
I hate VCE. I can only thank it for introducing me to Classical Studies which, personally, has been the most interesting and inspiring subject I've ever taken.
I'm generally confused about what career I wish to enter, perhaps evident from my balance of subjects. I'm keeping my options open for anything!
