Aren't they basically the same thing?
Like a redundancy package can be voluntary or forced upon you. thats what i wrote.

for the three levels of planning
front line- lower management
operational- middle
strategic?-senior

i wrote that and then i looked in Access Ed notes after the exam they had operational and frontline as the same and the middle management one being tactical. but looked in my text book and it has it as frontline operational and strategic

WWOOOOOOOOHHOOOO!! That exam was bliss! So happy everything is finished now!!

For the HR strategies I put voluntary redundancy packages as well as interviews that discuss job outplacements.. interview skills and references so that the employees can find a replacement job.

VCAA are cruel... adding all those extra lines for the questions!! My hand was going to come off after the first 5 minutes!! I thought I wouldn't have enough time but I finished everything and used up all the extra space at the back.

I dont think u understood me.

in diffenrt texts they do it differnt ways
in the steve barille text book they do

strategic
operational
front line

but in access ed notes (and possibly A+ notes, not sure)
they have
strategic
tactical
operational/front line

soo im saying obviously if u explained them the right way but just had any of those names for them then it shood be alrite yeh?

also, how did people do the indicators of corporate culture?

For that planning question I put: strategic (senior management/CEO), tactical (middle management-HR manager) and front-line planning..

if you explained them you will get the marks.. did anyone fully 100% link each level back to the case study? I linked strategic planning to the case study about the merge.. and how it is a long term plan that affects the overall direction... blah blah

I didn't really explicitely mention the specific organisation for the other levels... i think it will be fine cos it was a broad question that didn't say 'link it the organisation..' or anything like that.

It was an easy exam.

My teacher told me the strategic thing for HR. Packages and help finding employees will do the trick.

I am not sure about you guys who wrote exit enterviews but I guess that could work.

My only worry was the Socially responsible question other than that everything was fine.

Jayden: I only linked back strategic cause it was merger and ceo level. the others i didnt really link back. i just gave examples.
