Thanks Cianyx that worked. Was offered Comm/Law but I got in at Monash so i won't be joining you next year :(

"Your application is currently being considered by: APP Bruce Hall" - does this mean I'm definitely getting into Bruce (I have the 1st year guarantee) and only Bruce? Like it's out of the question I'd go anywhere else?

But any idea what the user name would be? Is the VTAC number plus or minus some characters or would it be something I created ages ago? I just can't rememember.

It's 3 followed by your VTAC number. Your password should be the day of your birth and then the month (e.g. 15th September = 1509). Hope I've helped :)

Sorry but the link that Damo17 sent me requires a username and password on the left-hand side of the page...I tried what you said and it didn't work. You gave me details for UAC login but I'm not sure what I need for ANU accommodation login.

Was it 96 that you actually needed to get into ANU? I wasn't sure if they had actually updated the site or if it was an older score

What did you get Benc?

Also, with interstate Universities, do you have to apply separately to the preferences?

Exactly what I was thinking! If I don't get into Monash, hopefully I can get into ANU. Anyone know which uni is the better one for Law, and what's the go with practising law in Victoria with a degree from a Canberra uni?

Sorry I just remembered the accommodation is a random sequence of numbers. You'll find it in your email (e.g. "Thanks for registering, your user ID is..." ).

Law and its various double degrees stayed at 96 - I got in with 96.5.

An ANU law degree allows you to practice in Victoria just fine - and that's all I know on the subject. ANU and Monash are pretty much the same (they're both G8.) ANU specialises in International Law I believe, but I don't know about Monash.

When do I find out if I have actually been offered accommodation?

I got a Medical Science offer, but will be rejecting and staying in Melb for now.

Looking at ANU for grad courses though. :)

Thank God, with an abysmal ATAR like that you must have been relieved to get in! (sarcasm)

My accomodation status says 'Academic offer made' even though I've accepted the offer. Is it just a delay or haven't I properly accepted?

Edit: How many people do Law at ANU?

Congrats, where are you going to be staying?

I'll be starting my PhD at ANU next year, though I'll (finally) be living off campus.
