im after engineering at the university of melbourne which the guarantee enter score for 2009 is 85
i have met all prerequisite
do u think my score is high enough to get in this course?
any help would be appreciated

sorry to say but that's not help. You're merely preventing others from helping redsato by demanding your needs be met first. It's not the place to ask for your question to be answered when redsato clearly made this forum so that his question gets some answers. A guaranteed ENTER basically means, from my knowledge of how VTAC and all work, that if you attain an ENTER score equal to or greater that the guaranteed ENTER, you are offered a place in that course to that institution as long as you also meet the pre-requisites for the course. Some one correct me if i'm wrong?

Ok. I just pulled out the Melb Uni 2009 undergraduate handbook.
Melb Uni's definition of Guranteed ENTER:
"a predetermined academic standard at which (provided prerequisite studies and any other specific course requirements are met) applicants will be eligible for a place. For Australian students, Commonwealth supported places will be offered first, on the basis of academic merit, and all remaining eligible applicants will be offered an Australian fee place (provided they have expressed a preference for such a fee place)"

and.... its law!

I NEED ALL THE PROS AND CONS FOR -go do law in Deakin, or stay in melb and do arts at various places... and transfere!!

You'd probably be the best decider of all the pros and cons about staying or leaving

Dekoyl + humph + vce08 + others: Your frustrations with dusty and happy etc. have been made clear by now. There is no point in hammering it home again and again.

Dusty: Please stop getting upset over this. I am of the opinion that their frustrations were warranted. The MSN-style spam was very annoying.

I'm going to say now that that in no way justifies bullying. Which is where I see this as headed. Let me make this perfectly clear. Bullying is not tolerated on this website. And any further harassment of Dusty will be taken seriously.

By the same token, dusty, I think it would be a step in the right direction for you to heed the frustrations of the community and begin to post more constructively and on topic.

I mean you only just got over the clearly in and have met all the prerequisites.
You might get lucky if you have SEAS or Access Melbourne though.
