Speaking of poking yourself in the eye, thats why I'm so afraid of contact lenses while also wanting them so badly at the same time.

Oh, god, the pain I went through when I got contacts. That's why I haven't worn them for about a year ... last night I checked and they'd disintegrated into some sort of goo ... lovely! I think I'll stick with glasses

I read/saw/heard something about a girl who bought contacts from ebay/another shady online place, and the contacts ended up melting her face off and she went blind.

Actually I'm a bit sketchy on what happened to her, but I'm positive that it was gross.

I was too tired. Worked late for an assignment and just crashed onto bed (my desk is right beside my bed. I don't even have to take a step to crash on my bed)

But a more sensitive machine that will lightly lift the contacts off your eyes.
