Im more concerned about the writing time when it comes to the GAT. 3 fkn hours. =[

the gat means nothing, so don't worry (if you ensure you do well throughout the year and not have any serious problems... well that last one you must hope for!)

Im not concerned about the content of the GAT and probably wont do any study for it (can you even study? Its like studying for an IQ test :P) I just dont like sitting in one spot for 3 and a half hours. I should be chillin after my mid-year exam. :(

i prefer IQ test over gat

I think reading time is important, it gives you time to see the questions before you answer them and think about them for a while. Sometimes you can half read a question and not notice a small detail and lose a whole heap of marks.

It's also useful for you to sit down and kind of settle down during that 15 minutes of reading time.

Just my two cents.

I find reading time to be quite useful, particularly in subjects like Legal Studies, Accounting or even Methods where I can complete multiple choice and short answer in my head. Then when writing commence I speed write everything down, so I have more time to ponder over the more difficult questions.

Since when did Accounting have multiple choice?

Well they have short answer.

You mean theory. But i wouldnt really count that as short answer, as most require proper explanations.
