I think they added the microwaves when they refurbished the foyer area this summer. Makes it an even better place to study and relax.

Hey, was the exam timetable being released earlier this semester, if so what week?
I've also noticed on my portal that I have an overdue SSAF and that I need to pay it (I guess I forgot to defer it on my portal :S), who should I contact in the university to sort this out ? I'm unable to access results and various other things until I have paid..

Pretty sure you can BPay your SSAF.... there should be a link to an invoice somewhere under Student admin > Fees in my.unimelb...

Exam timetable will be out by the close of business on the 24th.

Random question: how would we go about calculating our GPA for molecular and cellular biomedicine (BIOM2001), because it is a 25 point subject (i.e. 2 subjects in one)? For example, if we got a H2A (6.5) or H1 (7), would we just multiply that number by 2 in the GPA calculation?

is there a myki top up machine at the uni? (i already know theres one at the tram stop near sydney myer but i cbfed walking across campus for that :P)

You can top up at 7/11 ?
