Is it just me or do protein supplements make your stomach feel bodgey ?

Edit: Just remembered something, what do people think of the pre-workout supplement 'jack3d'

Depends what brand of protein, that's why you experiment.

Don't take it, messes with your body. It works, but I definitely wouldn't recommend using it during VCE.

1) The supplement I'm currently using is the Dymatize Elite Whey, which is half empty because it was my brothers but as soon as it finishes I want to buy the ON gold whey :)

2) Yeh I've heard there are a lot of risks involved, that reminds me apparently today 2 soldiers collapsed or something after using jack3d and now its banned in the military..

I wouldn't mind taking jack3d, have heard there are great results, but it's actually banned by most sporting bodies.

Whilst I've never been drug tested, you can still be subjected to it if you're playing at a certain level or above (most University teams are included), really don't want to risk it.

@Kenoy, I cycle protein in general. When I eat high protein, I literally have like 80:10:10 macros for protein:fat:carbs. I never do it for more than a week though.

Regular cutting (-500 calorie) diet is much more balanced at like 40:10:50 roughly.

Ive heard that (not protein) but supplements and shit fuck with your body. ALl that fake shit can't be good for you in the long run. Kidney, liver etc would take a beating.

That's why I'm thinking of buying protein powder from a direct source, not a company that adds flavorings and other stuff.

lawl

It's really not that hard to quantify..., but I believe that being raped once is not as bad as being raped five times, even if the one rape was by a gang of people.

Guys what's the difference between the Dymatize ISO-100 with the silver label and the one with the regular black label ?

From AAASupplements, they're probably the cheapest out.

Very nice, I'm considering getting from there once i run out.

ISO is more expensive, because it has more protein per 100g. ON has 79g, ISO has 89.
Both are good imo, I would say ON is more popular.
