I've got to start summarising the stories I read from growing up asian. Being too lazy! I'm starting to feel that guilt of not doing any study, but I want to hold it off till the new year.

For English I have to read Growing up Asian in Australia Also gotta re-read Cosi and read Cat's Eye.

Hahaha I don't think many people in my class actually read Growing Up Asian in Australia - they just wrote on the shorter stories from the text, or made up some imaginative piece by doing some random name-dropping in the Written Explanation.

The work ethic of AN is insane - we should just form our own high school already!

Well I read the first two short stories from Interpreter of Maladies. It's quite an interesting book actually.

I did the same texts this year - except I did Skin instead of Cat's Eye. I hated Cosi in terms of it being an entertaining piece of literature, but became obsessed with analyzing it, as it was the last English SAC for me. It'll grow on you, is what I'm saying

I'd be stoked with a 95 ATAR!

If your feeling really pressured, read your texts for now? But remember to relax. We probably won't have an opportunity to relax like this for the rest of the year. And besides, relax is what the (first half haha) holidays are for. Start worrying like me later on.

If you don't mind, read the other 98 pages of the thread, it contains some awesome useful hints and tips from our wise elders. (also has it's fair share of off topic nonsense)
