How do we find out how much our SACs got scaled up or down?<
And when my SAC marks are 100% can they get scaled down?

If you order a statement of study score after your study score is released by VCAA (or VTAC) at the end of the year.

Yes, that's possible.

How can they decide the SAC scores scale down or up? Base on what?

let's say the average SAC mark of your class is an A+ but the average exam mark is a C, then your SACs will get scaled down

For example the average SAC mark in your class is an A, but the average exam mark is an C, then your SAC marks will get scaled down.

Should be your own exam performance too. Say that you were #1 in a really weak cohort but got 100% on the exam, your SAC score shouldn't scale down.

that's only if you're rank 1.

on the whole it's cohort exam performance

specifically the amount an individuals SACs (rank n) get's scaled up is related to the (n) best exam scores in that cohort

Pretty much they don't actually get scaled per se, if you're ranked nth, then you'll end up getting the nth exam mark (rounded off) as your SAC mark.
