I got ionisation percentage of 0.0033%, taking into account Hydroxide ions
2012 ATAR: 99.20
2013-2015: Bachelor of Biomedicine (Microbiology/Immunology: Infections and Immunity) at The University of Melbourne
2016-2019: Doctor of Medicine (MD4) at The University of Melbourne

Considering I hadn't done any practice exams or revision 3 weeks leading to the exam and managed to do most of the questions, I think this years was reasonably well, a bit on the easier side perhaps?
2011 - Year 11:
Psychology, Further Mathematics
2012 - Year 12:
English, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics

2013-2016 - Bachelor of Arts (UoM)
Majors: Linguistics & Asian Studies
2013-2016 - Diploma of Languages (UoM)
Japanese

yeah i rmeber getting those 3 C's in the middle, hahaha

2012 : English [38] - Methods [44] - Specialist [40] - Physics [40] - Chemistry [36] - UMAT > 76%ile

2013 : Science at UoM

All I remember was the first one and I got D for that
Too many multiples for my liking though so did a lot different lol

I think Delta H = -1364kJ/mol

Hmm, though 4 was D with +16 - +62 = -46 but probably wrong :/
