did anyone else get min cost $370 for the last linear question? with x=4 and y=7?

I think I got $480. From memory it couldn't have been x=4 and y=7 because that would breach the rule that said for every powered site (x), there must be 2 unpowered sites (y). But my memory is a bit hazy, that may not have even been relevant to the last linear question, your answer may still be right!

There's only some solutions posted because teachers and students are working on it slowly. Remember that they gotta do it and check their answers otherwise people will panick when checking their answers. Gotta remember its taking longer because only teachers got a copy of the exam outside the exam room. There was no task book like exam 1 where you could take it out of the exam room, upload it and then get suggested solutions for it.

iTute should have them up soon, but I'm not sure when, because they still haven't posted the solutions for Exam 1 even though its usually posted that Friday night or Saturday morning at the latest.

Regardless, what's done is done. I know you all want to see how you went, but if you did good or bad, you can't change it now. So just hope that iTute post them soon, so that it relieves any of your stress, but please stop panicking that they aren't posted yet. :P

No. You would need to show at least some working out, even if it was done on your CAS.

Meant to be squared not cubed (there was a VERY similar trick question in the past VCAA exams where only 1% of the state got it right)

why is it squared?
