I've got a question for homework and I don't know the answer to it.

"What are the two components of private health insurance?"

I was thinking the premium and "the gap" but any other suggestions?

I was thinking the exact same thing, the premium and the gap payments. Can't really think of anything else ;\

Hey Everyone,
We just finished our NHPA and nutrient SAC. I'm pretty disappointed, due to not answering some of the "give a reason for the trend" questions to the best I could, and the level of detail required, I just felt I had a bit of a mind block, and couldnt think of any good reasons. I got 93% in my first SAC, but I think I've stuffed this one up pretty bad. Is it still possible to get a 47-50? I think for this SAC I'll probably get in the 70s.

Yeah of course you can get 47-50 SS. Good job on your first SAC. And maybe you did well in your NHPA one, you may never know.

Thanks! I just have a propensity to feel defeated when I stuff up, but hey, there's more SACs to redeem myself in. Oh btw, what are you guys up to?

I only had my NHPA/Nutrients SAC on Friday. We're only up to the Ottawa Charter for health promotion.
Some of you guys are ahead quite a bit of us :o

Would anyone recommend buying A+ Notes or checkpoints for health?
Tossing up between the two and not sure which to buy.

We're up to the same thing as well.

I borrowed A+ notes but havent seen checkpoints. I dont own any checkpoints for any of my subjects because aren't they just vcaa exam questions? A+ notes on the other hand are quite useful for an alternative explanation of concepts. I find A+ notes helpful for psychology not so much for health. For health, units 3+4 is put together in the same book, whereas, for psych, theres unit 3 and a seperate unit 4 book. Because health is put together, the summaries aren't so detailed. They lightly touch on each concept, but, there are useful diagrams/tables. However, some of these tables can be found in the textbook. In my opinion, A+ notes for health is not bad, not the best either, so i recommend you go to your school library or local library to borrow it instead. Also, there's yearningforsimplicity exam revision packs and check out AN's new study guides, there's one coming out for health!

I lost half a mark on my health sac because I wrote 'reduced proximity to recreational facilities'  instead of 'reduced access to recreational facilities'.

Should I challenge it?
I know that's not the specific name of the determinant and the question was asking for a determination, but yeah. I meant they lived further away. I guess it's wrong even though I know that determinant.
