« on: November 11, 2015, 05:22:51 pm »
How'd we all find it?

I thought it was around the same as last year, although with easier calculations and harder worded questions

What did y'all write for that 4 mark lenz's law question??

I don't really know how I did to be honest. It was pretty simple stuff and I finished going through it with about 30 minutes left, so i had heaps of time to go over and check all my mistakes. But I still have no idea how I went. Might have aced it or bombed it.

Did you guys get told about the 2 mistakes in the exam as well? The one in the formula booklet and the one in question 13? haha

yeah, pretty poor form by vcaa there

i know what you mean, so many worded q's i could have easily dropped marks on which could make such a difference in the end

Hope the exam went well for you guys.  :)

Does anyone have a copy of the exam they could be bothered posting? Even if it's just the core studies?

what was wrong with question 13?

It just referred to the question 14 instead of question 13, nothing important.

I thought it was pretty accessible. The materials questions were easy, one of them was the mirror image of a VCAA 2014 question. I liked it!

the start of the question is said the car was traveling like 4m/s. then in question b is stated the car was traveling 2m/s. I don't think the 4 m/s had any relevance to any of the questions. So if you were not paying close attention, it was an easy mistake.
