Moving back on track, what did everyone do with the question of:
Find the area between g^-1(x), the x axis, and x=2a/3?

Maybe the extended response parts but the M/C felt a bit weird and different to standard

I found the multiple choice super challenging but no one else that I talked to had a problem with it. I leave multi-choice till the end so I had to guess some of the answers because I was running out of time

Multi-choice was definitely harder than usual

Was this the third last? I believe it was just 2 minus an integral. I got 1 square unit.

Same. I plugged in random values of a and it kept spitting out 1 square unit so I was like this can't be right but at least it's not spitting out a negative area.

Guys, difficulty is subjective. People can think the exam is easy if they want, but there’s no need to make the rest of us feel like dumbasses. Sometimes I think people on atarnotes forget that there are ‘average’ students lol... And the thing is the majority of students fall under that category. Afterall only 9% of today’s test takers will get a 40+...

Got 1 unit^2 aswell. I think it was 2-integral from 0 3/a of g(x)

I got absolutely destroyed by both methods exams, ended up with a 34 thanks to sweet sweet SAC scaling.

*second humble brag, my mediocrity in methods didn't even stop me from landing in the top 10% of my Biomed cohort for maths. Seriously, one exam does not change your life.

People always say that if you study hard, you're always gonna get good results, clearly that's not true with exams, especially today's methods exam

Atarnotes user Dantraicos is writing them currently on behalf of TVM Publications and they will likely be uploaded either tonight or tomorrow :) You can find multiple choice answers on page 7 if you wish.

Hey Lear. What did you get for the final question? Area between the inverse and g(x) I believe. Also, do you remember what you did for the final probability question? The one that asks for the probability a non year 12 is elite?
