It sucks, imagine the disparity between their marking styles....
To counter this problem, there should only be ONE examiner for each subject. :P

Well, 6 months for a grade distribution/examiner report is quite slow...

Understandable from a student's perspective, but lack of funding could also be a factor, perhaps?

Alot of teachers just won't do it- my teachers hate being cramped and pressured to mark so many papers on time. I asked all my capable maths teachers and they just know they can earn money better ways :D
