People at my school were allowed THREE 3/4s in year 11- and you wouldn't call them geniuses.... they didn't go well either (as in study scores in the 20s)

I would have killed for an opportunity like that!

Oh i see, it is only your school that uses this?

i have absolutely no, idea....having said that, i would be very surprised if i my school was the ONLY schol to use a gpa system to rank kids

gap is a grade point adverage e.g. all your grades are converted to a numbers (A+=10, A=9, B+=8 and so on) and adveraged. It's just a way of quantifying how well you are doing basically.
lol i never knew my GPA, didnt even know we had one hahaha

lol tt, that's probs cos you never needed to find it out cos you were already wayyyyyy over qualified :P i had to take my case up with jones and convince her there was no point me repeting the 1/2 of methods or chink to allow me to do both

seriously? I didn't think the year 10s had predictions. I chose not to because I know I'll probably disappoint myself.

agreed. how can yo predict when you haven't even studied the subject itself? I understand the predictions that people make during yr12, but years below that is just plain ridiculous.
