Overhauling karma. Replacing with custom made 'Community Respect'

There was probably a conversion, where people who had received multiple karma for a single post had it converted.

If you use the up/down arrows it will add .2 respect but not subtract .2 (you also can't go back to neutral once you click it, it has to be up/down)
