Under question 6, a lot of people put B and D
i got B because i got semi circle is

Is everyone sure that outliers are included in the upper 25% of a boxplot.

I always thought that the the upper whisker was 25% of the boxplot and the outliers were seperate.

Did you inlcude the base?

2.5 x 1.5 = 3.75

3.75 + 7.7 = ~11.4

Yeh. Work out

2.5 x 1.5=
Pi r ^ 2 for circle (2 halves = 1 wholle)
and then half of circumfrence of circle X 2.5

should equal 11.4

you don't need to calculate the mean in q4 core.... mean is distored by outliers.. the outliers lie to the right therefore mean will be higher... i think?
