Can't remember either. Had something to do with them being exposed to the elements for upto 6 hours or something. Does that jog your memory?

The chronic adaptations question about the 3k run...

SV increase
HR decrease
Lactate decrease (not sure of that one). ???

Also the one which had the poster about children not spending more than 2 hours on the computer, that was irrelevant to the first part of that question right, and the answer was something like: 60minutes of mod-vig everyday...yay? nay?

And um... training zone to increase the dudes LIP.
Was it just above the %MHR which corresponded with the speed he was running at which corresponded with the increase in lactate in the blood.
Something like 152BPM-156BPM? yay? nay?

Also MC question like 13? maybe.
determining which subject was the sprinter was it C: 2.9 sprint time but crap phosphate recovery score or D 3.1 sprint time but good phosphate recovery score...C or D was the sprinter?

Describe two reasons why sports drinks are better than water. (or something similar)

I said:

They contain carbohydrates to restore glycogen
AND
They contain sodium to help retain fluids

hm, i think it would decrease cos its at a set intensity...running same speed, but body can do it a lot easier, don't have to work as hard, greater SV, more blood, doesnt have to beat as fast...hope its right.

1. agree. yeah lactate decreases as less reliance on anaerobic systems due to enhanced aerobic system (which can also more efficiently oxidise the lactate)

2. kinda disagree (Question was what are the guidelines for children aged 5-12) I just wrote them all, like 60mins MVPA everyday yadayada through a range of activities including weight bearing impact type, in addition to not spending more than 2 hours a day using electronic media for entertainment

3. kinda disagree again. I did a range of 141-151bpm and mentioned that as training adaptions occur, the intensity should increase to above the standard aerobic training zone parameters to allow for more adaptions to occur

BTW, these questions are worth 1 mark each so my "extra" justifications will not get me any extra points. Your answers are probably sufficient to get full marks.

Yeah, i was told to train LIP, train just above it

It was hard to tell were exactly LIP was in terms of HR cos the jump was from 141-152 or something...

LIP couldve been at 142 BPM or right at the end at 151 BPM.

But by saying 152 BPM-155BPM cant go wrong really, its guaranteed to be just above it.

To be honest I wasn't 100% sure if I train just below or just above. So I probably lost a mark there
