wow thanx thats awesome mate, i have a few problems with ur answers though.
question 9. training principles arent frequency duration intensity and type....
question 10 includes the race aswell not just the recovery which means it would b the bell shaped because it increases at the start for ages.
question 13 i said A because he has a faster 10 m sprint and has a less vo2max which means if hes an athlete he is an anaerobic runner not aerobic.
question 14. the climber holds the contraction fora while so he would still use pc...?

thanx heaps for uploading this stuff

9. the answer didn't include "type" tho...
10. iffy. don't know what to assume cos they did mention "during recovery" above the question
13. same
14. using PC = accumulation of Pi (phosphate ions) = contraction inhibition

btw what answers did u put for them?

It doesnt include the race because up the top of the question it says graphs illustrates blood lactate concentration during recover
