just to let you guys know, there are bottles of egg whites in the frozen section of safeway. the label says there are 29 egg whites in each bottle and they're only ~$7 each.

i used to go though one of those every two days during exam period because i was eating as little carbs as possible (made me feel lethargic) so i usually just chuck some smoked salmon along with the liquid (once it's thawed) egg whites into the pan. figured that this was better than throwing out fresh egg yolks. don't get me wrong, i understand the wonderful benefits of yolks but to fill me up i would have to eat like, five whole eggs and that's too much fat in one meal so i'd rather eat 500000 egg whites.

Egg yolks aren't the devil. Just eat it. Even more of a reason to if you're keeping carbs low
It's really not that hard to quantify..., but I believe that being raped once is not as bad as being raped five times, even if the one rape was by a gang of people.

Never knew about that, thanks alot :D I chuck a lot of yolks out so that will help me out heaps.

If you want to get ripped/aesthetic, alcohol is reall negative as it affects your hormone levels and increases the chance of getting gyno and beer belly of course.

Kangaroo meat is the shizz!
best quality meat i reckon, lowest fat , carbs, and most protein!

check out : http://www.macromeats.com/Nutrition/AmazingNutritionFacts.aspx
for more info!
attached is a table with some nice stats!

Regarding the egg yolk.  A lot of bodybuilders chuck it out and have like 10 egg whites. I recommend having 2 eggs, then adding in the extra egg whites to get the protein content up.

Check ebay for calipers?

depends on if theyre bulking or cutting, if bulking they'll most likely eat the whole egg, if cutting then just egg whites.
and regarding calipers, if you buy something or things from bodybuilding.com for over 70 bucks i think ,or 80, they give you a free gift, and when i did this, i got a caliper :p

Roo meat all day erryday. Cottage cheese is repulsive to my taste buds
i thought eating red meat everyday was bad?

I should really eat eggs more. Do you think there's much benefit in chucking out the yolk?

depends, i guess your trying to get lean :p
if u have 1 egg a day then i think its fine, but if your gonna be having about 3-4 eggs a day then maybe 1 egg with yolk to get the fat and other nutrients, then just eggwhites for protein ...

Yeah isn't red meat only meant to be eaten like 3 times a week? Eat fish and white meats daily though :)

My metabolism is quite fast, i reckon i consume around 15000 kj a day but am not visibly fat yet; though i've recently stopped growing upwards so i definitely need to slow down. Been trying to watch what i eat but my diet remains fish and chips with a little sprinkling of KFC here and there

You mean 15000 j yeah?  Not kj?!

lmao

there is a difference between 1 calorie, and 1 Calorie :P

1 Calorie = 1000 calories = ~4.2 kJ

calorie is what you use with chemistry, Calorie with foods :)

I'm on a ketogenic diet. I've now lost 6.5 kg in about a month. Feels pretty good actually!
