Maybe, but I would rather save two years and would rather not sit through a competitive biomed cohort for 3 years (from what I've heard anyway).
Cause two years of your life is really going to be lifechanging

- that said, if you decide to do a BMedSc, for example, that gap comes down to one year

If you don't want to sit through a competitive Biomedicine cohort for 3 years then do Science, I don't see what's wrong with that - either way, you're in an ultra-competitive cohort anyway, so that argument really doesn't hold water

Why are you in a hurry to leave university and start working 50 hours a week?
I have never understood it when people say "It'll take an extra 2 years"
I agree with this, especially if you're on Scholarship or Youth Allowance, it's like you're being paid to study and you want to work...makes no sense to me!
because uni isn't cheap!
I really don't understand, two years of uni will set you back around $12,000 or there abouts, you'll earn that back within a few months of working, I don't really see any reason why this is that much of an issue. Idk, just don't go on holidays or something if you're really that stingy, I never understand why people can blow $10,000+ on a holiday and decide that two years of uni is too expensive.
