Maybe just read over your notes and do a few practice questions. But don't stress yourself out.

35/40 for my first SAC, translates to an 88%, damn it. One question was asking us to define some measurements of Health Status and what do I do?? I define health status itself, beautiful just beautiful.

It's ok! Don't look at the mark as a percentage, that's not what is taken into consideration, your actual final mark out of 100 for unit 3 is. And the sacs meant to be out of 30, so the teacher will have to cut it down meaning you'll actually end up with a higher mark. Remember: any mistake you make now, you can learn from. It's better to make them now than in the exam!!
Good job for the first sac, you'll smash it next time  :)

Also remember that VCAA doesn't give a monkey's tail what your actual mark even was, they just want how you ranked compared to your cohort and the distance between each person, and not for each SAC, but the units as a whole, so you have heaps of time to make it up :)

2015: Arts/Law @ Monash

Guys I only doubled with Arts because I couldn't let go of Psych and wanted to keep doing it as a major at least, but I took International Studies on a whim after the info session just because I needed a minor, and I love it so much! It's 3:29am and I had to share this, I think I'm majoring in it bye.

Yeah tbh SACS really don't matter in the end, like how witch said it's just your ranking + cohort + how well you do in the exam.

Here are is my statement of study score for biology for SACS

GA 1: (Unit 3 SACS) - 75/100(lol) ------> 90/100

GA 2: (Unit 4 SACS) - 79/100 -----------> 94/100

I did shit in my SACS, but was still able to get a decent grade in the end for them.

Don't stress, even if you teacher gives you a super hard SAC, and you get 4/30, and everyone else gets 0-3/30, you are still first ranked at that's what matters. Your SAC will scale up.
