When people look at their UMAT results, it's confusing. Often, people get confused between what they're reading and what looks like a 76 percentile might be a ridiculously awesome score.
at least give her enough credit to read the huge letters "Overall Score".

But weren't full-fees offered entirely independent of no. of CSPs? As in, I think that refers to the number of CSPs remaining the same, but no full-fee = less places in total.
