I dont think u understood me.

in diffenrt texts they do it differnt ways
in the steve barille text book they do

strategic
operational
front line

but in access ed notes (and possibly A+ notes, not sure)
they have
strategic
tactical
operational/front line

soo im saying obviously if u explained them the right way but just had any of those names for them then it shood be alrite yeh?

Probably late in responding to your question about the different terms various texts use... but from my understanding, examiners are aware of the fact that students have different texts.

I thought it was pretty good, some vague and trick questions with the indicator of the culture thing, and was stuck on the social responsible question but then I finished the exam like 1/2 hr early (I dont know if thats a good thing) so I had time to go back and add more just to make sure I get marks, hopefully nearly full marks cos I need a 45+ argh. Thankfully no IR yessss.

And all you lucky people who are finished now, still got one more next weeek!

For that question I put: style of dress and language among staff and the prevailing management style. It was just asking what can you look at to determine the type of culture within an organisation.

My favourite subject all year

the exam was alot easier then expected from the previous years 07 and 06. It looks like everyone has done well, gratz to all of you. Hopefully i can sement a study score of 40+, averaging fairly high and hopefully i've done well on the exam, fingers crossed =]. with everyone doing well looks like it will be scaled down more this year =(

btw was it the kotten's 8 step theory which best suited the question of motivational theory on lewn's?

not sure what you mean with the last sentence? you seem to have muddled it up a bit? For the change management strategy I chose Lewins - mainly because it was easier to remember and much easier to write on :P
For the motivational theory I chose Maslows.. which was also easy to write on. The trouble with these questions is just trying to link everything back to the case study.
