So apparently,
Sustainable Human Development:
- Health (2 marks)
- Human Development (2 marks)
- Sustainability (2 marks)
They do not need to interrelate, but they all should link to the specific program/factor.
Interrelationship between Health, Human Development and Sustainability:
- Health (2 marks)
- Human Development (2 marks)
- Sustainability (2 marks)
* If the concepts do not interrelate the student will lose up to two marks (one per interrelationship/link missing)
I'm just going to go ahead and answer my own question, can someone please give me advice/tell me if i'm doing it wrong?
Explain the influence of peace on SHD (4 marks)Peace refers to the absence of conflict, if a country is experiencing peace then there is likely to be less violence which reduces the risk of people becoming injured. Being free from injury promotes physical health. A peaceful environment means that communities may continue accessing a decent standard of living and participating in their community as there are no conflicts. Peace allows people to continue leading productive lives and contributing to the economy to ensure that future generations can also access the economic growth (economic sustainability) to also experience health and sustainable human development?

? (sounds dodgy)
Discuss the impact of peace using the interrelationships between h,hd,s (6 marks)A country in peace means that there are no conflicts that may cause damage to infrastructure such as water systems. This ensures that people can have access to health promoting resources such as clean water sources to reduce their risk of water-borne diseases from drinking unsanitary water. This reduces the mortality rate associated with poor drinking water and promotes physical health so that communities may continue working and earn an income to access a decent standard of living. By working productively and earning an income, communities are contributing to the economy of the country which ensures that future generations can also access this economic growth (economic sustainability). A peaceful country also means that children will be able to access education to enhance their skills and access knowledge about health promoting behaviours. By accessing this knowledge, children will be more likely to partake in health promoting behaviours such as washing hands to reduce the risk of communicable diseases. This reduces the mortality rate associated with communicable diseases such as cholera, thus promoting physical health. Physically healthy children can grow older and have their own children so that knowledge and skills obtained can be passed down to future generations (social sustainability) so that they too can experience positive health and human development outcomes...
is that too long? :/
